Christine
Gaines was born into a musically gifted family. Her Mother being a
talented musician and Father being a published singer and song writer. At the
age of 5, she was vocally guided by both mother & father and taught the
craft of song writing. Christine has had extensive modeling, acting, dance
and vocal training throughout her life from the Disney Company, Media Arts,
Robert Conrad, and Bobbie Kimble (ToTo). Throughout high school she
continued classes in choir, dance and acting that taught classical, jazz,
folk, R&B and rock& roll. Christine began playing in a live band in 1994 and
continues to enjoy and love every minute, which shows on stage every time
you see her perform. Truly a naturally talented young lady that brightens up
a room or stage whenever she enters.
Harry
Rattelman began playing bass guitar at the age of 12, during his 8th year of
school playing the double
bass in a classical orchestra. Starting there and later on while still in high
school, he studied jazz, popular music, swing, R & B, and then finally rock
and roll. With numerous gigs with several original acts, Harry has performed
with a number of original, tribute and cover bands that have been very
successful. Harry's driving bass style and vocal abilities are vital to the
band's groove and helps keep the band rocking. All this adds up to a fun and
talented addition to "The Heat".
Michael
“MD” Denhertog, is truly one of the most gifted and innovative
Brian Waterbury has been playing guitar since 1970. While growing up in
the Midwest during the 1960's, Brian's older siblings exposed him to an
abundance of styles and tastes; from Motown, R&B and blues, to funk, pop
and hard rock. With blues and funk as a base and adding a heavier tone and
hand to his style, Brian's own style of playing emerged. Always playing hard
and on the edge, Brian keeps things interesting by 'painting the picture' for
each song and he, along with all of the members of The Heat, keeps the ball
rolling with energy and verve.
